Customer Services
Manager (Trainee)
& Customer Services Assistant
As a result of our growing
customer base, we need further enthusiastic new
members to join our growing team based just north of
Buntingford (between Sandon & Buckland). For all our new
roles you'll need to possess a clear and friendly
telephone voice and good written skills for answering
correspondence. You possess a 'can do' attitude, good
sense of humour and a commonsense approach to teamwork.
Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) experience is a must. Full training will be given
in our in-house systems

Customer Services
Manager (Trainee)
A further graduate
calibre individual is required to join our Customer
Services Manager training scheme. With appropriate
support and development, the individual will learn
the skills necessary to successfully administer and
manage property services for a portfolio of our
clients, and in the process achieve appropriate
professional qualifications.
You are a very well organised
individual, self motivated and enjoy contributing to
customer service success as a team player. In time,
this role will evolve to include visiting properties
and client meetings, therefore applicants must hold
a current driving licence. Starting salary circa
£14,000 - £16,000 pa.
Customer Services
Assistant (CSA)
To assist our growing Customer
Services team, a further CSA is required to help with Customer enquiries and
associated administration across our property
services business. You'll be organised and have good
administration skills. This role also involves
providing filing and scanning services to your
customer account colleagues. Starting salary circa
£14,000 pa.

portfolio) may ideally suit experienced Estate Managers
with family commitments or those wishing to manage a
smaller portfolio
